Dex-O-Thane WB is a single component self-crosslinking water based polyurethane floor coating, which can be used as a clear sealer, or field-pigmented with ColorPax-W, and is ideal for use as a concrete substrate coating system for use in commercial, institutional and light to moderate manufacturing environments.

Dex-O-Thane WB Polyurethane Floor Coating is designed for rapid turn-around applications, where a tough and moderately chemical- resistant Polyurethane floor coating is desired.

Dex-O-Thane WB Polyurethane Floor Coating can be used as a primer, intermediate coating and topcoat, thus eliminating the confusion that multiple product applications can cause during installation. When used as a primer it should be applied at approximately twice (e.g. 800 ft2 premixed gallon) the recommended application rate. When used as coating, it can be installed at full strength in two coats. For skid-resistance, Dex-O-Tex Synthetic Aggregate can be added.

It can be installed when high slab moisture content exist, including placement over “green-concrete” which is at least 14 days old and cured sufficiently for proper surface preparation, conditions that would prohibit the application of traditional Polyurethane coating and flooring systems. Dex-O-Thane WB complies with all Federal, State and Provisional VOC requirements.
