Flex-Shield Flooring is a high tensile strength semi-flexible flooring system designed to absorb heavy impact and resist chipping and cracking. It is a two-component, fluid applied seamless epoxy resin formulation that is impact resistant, chemical resistant and slip resistant. Flex-Shield is applied at a thickness of approximately 1/8". Flex-Shield Flooring is resistant to a wide range of acids, solvents and food fats (see Chemical Resistance Tables). It can be installed over concrete, metal or ceramic surfaces. Flex-Shield is available in 18 standard colors and is available in various slip-retardant "profiles"
Typical Uses: Floors for industrial use and heavy impact including: loading docks, machine shops, automotive, mechanical equipment rooms, aero-space, food processing areas, kitchen, service areas and mezzanines.
