AJ-44 Topcoat
AJ-44 Topcoat is a single component acrylic sealer designed for application on Dex-O-Tex Weatherwear; other promenade deck and roof deck surfaces, and to polymer modified cementitious coatings such as Dex-O-Tex Resistite and properly primed concrete. Important characteristics of AJ-44 Topcoat are that it features wash-down characteristics and excellent weathering and wear qualities.

AJ-44 Topcoat is an easy to apply economical sealer. It is recommended for resealing some Dex-O-Tex systems to provide better wash-down characteristics. AJ-44 Topcoat is used on swimming pool walkways, decks, balconies, promenade decks and roof decks.
